What is REAL TALK?
REAL TALK is a systemic pathway and live coaching tool that helps take back the narrative and guards the faith community.
It's Time To Get Real
Why is REAL TALK needed now? The average person keeps approximately 13 secrets at a time, five of which they have never told another soul. The most common secrets include sexual behaviors and lies. (Columbia University, 2017)
REAL TALK bulletproofs and guards your ministry, organization, family, and legacy. The enemy is working overtime to systemically dismantle everything that you have built. His goal is to keep your from your purpose. He comes to steal, kill and destroy.
Sexual exploitation, abuse, and addiction have normalized many things within our culture, grooming our children and leading our men and women to live in broken, toxic cycles of secrets and shame.

Vanessa Morris is a graduate of the University of South Florida and co-creator of REAL TALK. She has worked in ministry and the anti-sex trafficking field for over the past 12 years. As the daughter of a survivor of sex trafficking, she has seen firsthand the impact which sexual abuse, shame, and secrets have on generations within a family. She was fortunate to be rescued by her family who helped her build a solid relationship with Jesus and gave her a passion for the Church. She is passionate about creating pathways for prevention, freedom, and inner healing in the Church, especially with youth and children.

Allan H. Beeber, PH.D MBA, MABS
President Emeritus' Liason of CRU
Allan graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1972 with a degree in Honors Chemistry. He then received a Master’s + Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering at the Univ. of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1977. During this time, he fully committed his life to Christ, and upon completing the doctorate, followed the Lord’s leading to enter full-time Christian ministry with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ.) Allan was trained at Central Connecticut State Univ. in New Britain, CT., from 1977-1979 while working on his M.A.B.S. He has then asked to become the director at M.I.T. in Boston, which witnessed explosive growth, serving there from 1979 – 1986, during which time he was also ordained. Upon moving to Cru’s HQ in San Bernardino, in 1988, he was asked to create and launch Cru’s first large-scale catalytic campus ministry (named Student LINC). The strategy and its various iterations over the past 30 years have been responsible in varying degrees for the creation of more than 10,000 catalytic evangelistic and discipleship movements worldwide. And it was during this period that the first major partnerships with other campus ministries (IVCF, the Navs, and FCA) were formed. It was also during this time he received his M.B.A. from CA. State Univ. San Bernardino in Marketing, Management, and Promotional Communications. Together, several Cru affiliated ministries have exposed well over 3.5 Billion individuals to clear Gospel presentations in 2,100 languages with over 330 Million indicated decisions for Christ. Allan’s heart is to see increasing numbers of members in the Body of Christ actively seek fruitful collaborative work and partnerships on local, state, and national levels to help fulfill the Great Commission. He often encourages ministry leadership to add a catalytic arm to their ministry efforts. Using ideation, outpacing innovative ministry design, and pragmatic futurism has enabled him to increase many groups’ EROI.
