Elizabeth Good

Founder & CEO

Elizabeth Good is passionate about safeguarding families and the Church. With over three decades of experience spanning corporate America, pastoral ministry, and global advocacy, she brings a unique and powerful voice to the fight against exploitation. A former Area Pastor at Willow Creek Community Church, Elizabeth is now recognized as a forerunner in the global anti-trafficking movement, leading efforts to address root causes such as secrets, grooming, and systemic silence.

She is the creator of REAL TALK, a transformational resource for churches and families that fosters revelation, confession, repentance, and freedom to protect identity and purpose. Elizabeth is also the founder of The Foundation United, a global organization uniting leaders to end human trafficking and exploitation through systemic, sustainable change.

Her books, Groomed (HarperCollins, 2020) and Speak the Unspeakable: REAL TALK on Sex, Secrets, and Being Set Free, offer bold insight into healing, restoration, and calling.

Elizabeth’s work has earned numerous accolades, including the New York City Global Business Leader Award, the SRQ Women of Influence Award, the Tampa Bay Business Woman of the Year Award, and recognition as one of New York City’s 21 Leaders for the 21st Century. She has delivered two TEDx talks, a LiftX Talk to over 17,000 military leaders, and addressed global audiences at the 2022 Global Strategy Forum in Austria and as the 2023 keynote speaker at theParliamentary Palace in Romania.

Christophe Dessaigne

International REAL TALK Ambassador

Christophe Dessaigne is a French-American entrepreneur and advisor passionate about impact-driven business. He consults globally, helping purpose-led ventures grow. He lives in the French Alps with his wife and three children. After walking through a painful season, he began to fully recognize the weight of his childhood abuse and the deep impact it had on his adult behaviors. That awakening has fueled a deeper commitment to healing—for himself and for others—and he is honored to help create spaces for honest, redemptive conversations!

Vanessa Morris

Creator of REAL TALK Next Gen

Vanessa Morris, a graduate of the University of South Florida, serves as the Lead Creator of REAL TALK for Next Gen. With over 13 years of experience as a subject matter expert in anti-sex trafficking efforts, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work. As the daughter of a sex trafficking survivor, she has witnessed the profound effects of sexual abuse, shame, and secrecy on families across generations.
 

Vanessa's own rescue by her family, who fostered her strong faith, ignited her deep passion for the Church and its role in healing and prevention. She is fervently committed to creating pathways for prevention, freedom, and inner healing, particularly among youth and children.
 

Her passionate  work with vulnerable youth, especially orphaned populations, drives her vision for REAL TALK for the next generation. Vanessa is dedicated to instilling identity, purpose, and hope in children around the world through REAL TALK and the impactful initiatives of The Foundation United where she serves as Director of Communications & Programming.

Alex Berg

REAL TALK Germany Ambassador

Pastor Alex Berg is a REAL TALK Ambassador. He was born on Nov.18.1973, in Kazakhstan, in the former USSR, where he grew up as an atheist. In 1990, his family moved back to Germany, where he was exposed to the Gospel for the first time. It transformed his life and eventually led him to attend Seminary and launch as a missionary throughout his beloved Germany. He and his wife later launched Mosaik Church, which he still pastors to this day. He is passionate about the work of The Foundation United to Awaken the Church through REAL TALK and has witnessed its transformational impact in his own ministry. He and his wife have four wonderful children, Philip 26, Charlotte 23, Joanna 22 and Phoebe 19. He shares that some of his greatest loves in life include people, church, American Football, exploring different cultures and photography.
